Army Pfc Jeneesa Lewis UPDATED **found alive**

Jeneesa Lewis is a 29 year old mother of 3.  She is missing from Fort Bliss (Texas).  Army officials reported her missing Friday when she failed to show up for work.  She had been in contact with her sister and was trying to leave her husband, Clinton Lewis.   Both are missing and Jeneesa is considered in danger.

Ft. Worth officers went to the apartment and were not successful in locating Jeneesa or her husband.  There was evidence of foul play (blood) and Jeneesa is considered missing endangered.  Jeneesa’s children are 4, 7 and 9 and have been living with her mother since she joined the military. 

According to newsreports Jeneesa had left Clinton previously and saw the Army as a way out.  On Wednesday her apartment flooded and she put property in storage.  She left money and a note asking Clinton to leave…he sent pictures of himself on a Greyhound bus…she went back and now she is missing.

She’s been beaten, stabbed, kidnapped and raped….but she is alive.  This is great news.  Her husband is in custody and will be arraigned tomorrow 7/22.
