Nancy Cooper disappeared July 12 in Raleigh, NC. She was reported missing by her friend when she failed to arrive for a visit.  Her husband (Brad Cooper) said that he last saw her when she went out for a run that morning. He never reported her missing. Her body was found two days later by a man walking his dog.  Nancy was the mother of 2 beautiful little girls.  Her parents petitioned the court for emergency temporary custody of the girls after her body was found citing domestic violence, infidelity and mental instability.  The petition was granted and there is a permanent hearing 7/25.   Brad Cooper did not attend his wife’s memorial service. He has hired criminal defense attorneys.

Search warrants for the Cooper home and vehicle have been sealed by a judge today as was the 911 call where her friend reports her missing.   http://www.charlotte.com/breaking_news/story/722131.html

Nancy was an identical twin, a sister, a daughter, mother and friend.  She was only 34 at the time of her murder and she will never watch her little girls grow up.  I believe that ultimately there will be an arrest in this case.  Here is a link to a blog that has been set up and fund for her daughters. http://nancycooper.blogspot.com/
